THE SECRET OF MULTIPLICATION – Day 54

Text: PSALMS 67:1-7

Memory Verse: Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee, then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him (Psalms 67:5-7)

Message: It is the will of God that we experience increase and even multiplication in life. God wants to bless us because He has great delights in the blessing of His people. Praise and thanksgiving or having a sense of gratitude is one of the most powerful channel of God’s blessing. Those who grumble, murmur, complain and call pity parties will always remain at the same level, but those who really wants to see progress in their lives must learn to cultivate a lifestyle of praise and thanksgiving. We need to develop a grateful heart if we sincerely want to go forward and experience the increase or multiplication that God has in mind for us. All that we need are already in this world. It is amazing to note the kind of wealth the world is sitting upon, but unfortunately many of its inhabitants are still very poor because their eyes are not opened. Just like the blind Bartimeus resorted into begging because of his blindness, a believer who cannot see properly the wealth that God has surrounded him with cannot but turn to a beggar or a parasite, depending on others for survival. One of the wonders or blessing that we receive when we praise God is that our eyes shall be opened and that will help us to recognize opportunities and open doors that God has positioned around us.

Wisdom Nugget: Be ready to suffer decline and decrease if you are not ready to praise God.

Prayer Point: Father, thank you for the increase and the multiplication that I enjoy at all times in Jesus name.
