START FROM WHERE YOU ARE – Day 164

Text: MATTHEW 26:1-75

Memory Verse: Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her (Matthew 26:13)

Message: Charity begins at home but it must not end there. Making impacts in life begins right where you are. Procrastination they say is the thief of time. Without any doubt, it is also the burial ground of great dreams and visions. Permit me to say that procrastination is also the greatest robber of destiny. There is no better place to make impacts than where you are right now. There is always something to wait for when one is unwilling or when someone is given to procrastination.Tomorrow is the only convenient day in the calendar of a lazy man. A wise man once said that “He who deliberates fully before taking a step will spend his entire life on one leg”. John Maxwell said “For many people, the tragedy is not that life ends too soon, it is that they wait too long to begin”. Beloved, no more procrastination, this is the time and the opportunity you have been waiting for. Start impacting your family, your church, your community and your nation. You have waited for the right time for too long.The woman with the alabaster jar of precious ointment could no longer wait. She poured everything upon the Master. Our Lord Jesus Christ said that her deeds shall be remembered till eternity. Men and women of impact can never be forgotten. The woman with the alabaster jar of precious ointment simply started where she was. Do what you can do now with the little that God has given you and with the little opportunity that you have now.

Wisdom Nugget: There is never a convenient time for a lazy man. Procrastination is the thief of time.
