GOD CANNOT FORGET YOU – Day 153

Text: ISAIAH 49:1-26

Memory Verse: But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee (Isaiah 49:14, 15)

Message: No matter what you are going through right now, you need to understand that God has not forgotten you because he cannot forget you. It is possible to think that you have been forgotten or forsaken by God because of what you are going through or because of the prayers you have prayed but it seems your prayers are not answered. That was exactly the situation that Zion found herself and God had to inform her that He can never forget her just as a woman cannot forget her sucking child. Zion is the typology of the church. We as children of God are the church and we need to know that God loves us and cares for us. God knowing that there are some evil women on earth who could forget their sucking children, He said though they may forget but He said, He will still not forget us. He has engraven us on His palm. Beloved, God is not just talking about writing our names on His palm but He actually engraved our pictures on His palm and He watches over us on His hands always.

Wisdom Nugget: You are too precious and too conspicuous to be forgotten.
