COMFORTED BY THE COMING OF TITUS – Day 140
Text: 2 CORINTHIANS 7:1-16
Memory Verse: For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears. Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus (2 Corinthians 7:5,6)
Message: What will you be remembered for or how are you affecting people around you today? That is what will determine what they will say about you or remember about you tomorrow. Do you bring joy and comfort to others or do you cause people pain and sorrow everyday? The life we live is a seed, all that we do everyday per seconds are also seeds. The question now is, are you an asset to your generation or are you a liability? Bishop Oyedepo once said that human beings can be our greatest assets and they can also be our greatest liabilities. It is God’s will that everyone of us should be an asset not liability. Your impact begins right where you are. Are you a blessing to the church where God has placed you, are you a blessing or a burden to the people around you? The coming of Titus as we read in today’s text brought joy and comfort to God’s people and even Apostle Paul. God comforted the people by the presence of Titus. I pray that your presence will make the difference from today wherever you find yourself. Your presence should make a great difference wherever you find yourself from today. You will never be a burden in Jesus name.
Wisdom Nugget: Live your life as a blessing not a burden. Spread God’s aroma wherever you go.
Prayer Point: Father, I refuse to be a burden but I shall be a blessing to my world in Jesus name.
