CREATE THE CHANGE YOU DESIRE – Day 65

Text: JOHN 2:1-25

Memory Verse: This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him (John 2:11)

Message: Your world cannot believe the claim of your sonship until you manifest forth the glory of God for them to see and you cannot manifest His glory until you arise and do something about your situation. Our Lord Jesus Christ was at a wedding in Cana of Galilee and there was shortage of wine, everyone was waiting for someone to do something, everyone desired a change, but our Lord Jesus Christ arose and gave them instructions on what to do. There is always something to do to have our desired change. Good things do not manifest by chance. Success is never automatic. There is always something to do to realise our heart’s desires. There would be no supply of wine if the people had refused to follow the instructions of our Lord Jesus Christ. Sometimes it is not about what you are doing but the things that you have ignored or neglected. We need to sit down at the beginning of the year like this and ponder on the things that we are doing and especially the things that we are not doing or the things that we are not doing right. Thank God for your level of obedience but think about other areas like tithing, first fruits, purity, soul winning and other instructions of God’s word that you have neglected hitherto.

Wisdom Nugget: Be the change that you intend to see in this world.

Prayer Point: Father, help me to be an agent of change in your kingdom in Jesus name.
