GOD WILL DO AS HE HAS SAID – Day 154

Text: GENESIS 21:1-34

Memory Verse: And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken. For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him (Genesis 21:1, 2)

Message: Nothing can intimidate God or hinder Him from bringing His word to pass. God spoke to Sarah and Abraham that, they were going to have children but time and old age appeared to be a threat that may render the words of God of no effect. But the truth is nothing can hinder God from bringing His word to pass. Despite all the hindrances and the challenges of time and old age, God still fulfilled His word in the life of Abraham and Sarah. Whatever God has spoken to you shall surely come to pass as well regardless of the situations or circumstances that may appear as a threat or a hindrance in your life today. We must not forget that He is the same yesterday, today and forever. We have no reason to be afraid. Our future is safe and secured. Our mess can turn to a message. The obstacles of our lives can turn to miracles and the stumbling blocks of our lives can turn to stepping stones. Just as God did to Sarah as He has said and at the time He appointed, He will do the same in your life and He will not allow you to suffer shame or reproach. I decree today that every delay is over in your life in Jesus name.

Wisdom Nugget: Time, age or circumstances cannot threaten or intimidate God’s word.

Prayer Point: Father, let your counsel alone stand in my life. Let your plans and purpose be fulfilled in my life in Jesus name.
